There’s a new shop in London Court, ‘The Honeycake’, opened a few weeks ago. It’s a tiny shop, selling the most beautiful delicacies. The sign says ‘Taste the Uniqueness’, and Honey Cake is indeed, like nothing else, delicious.

The products are made in Fremantle using local ingredients. ‘The Honey Cake’, was the first maker of this very special Czech layered cake in Australia.

Founders Simona and George started the business in 2012. It’s one of my favourite treats, and now it’s available to take home, right here in the city.

I think we’ll be visiting the store again soon, Lockie. You do look pretty with the honey colours of the window display, Lock!
