No, Lockie’s not in a film, but she did want to tell you that the ‘Top Dog Film Festival’ is being screened at the State Theatre Centre on the 8th and 9th August. It is a collection of short films celebrating the bond between dogs and people.
Lockie and I can relate to that! Service dogs are most welcome. (As they are in most public places in WA)
