Lockie Spies Some Butterflies - Lockie The Famous City Dog

Lockie and I took a walk around the Perth Cultural Centre this afternoon.

The area is in the throws of being ‘rejuvenated’, and it’s quite tricky to get around as access through the usual thoroughfares are blocked. So we were particularly delighted to find this beautiful mural by Amok Island, entitled ‘Australian Lady Butterfies on Eucalyptus Websteriana’ on a wall near the Art Gallery of WA.

I only managed to get a photo of Lockie with a section of the artwork. (Due to the difficulties of working with a dog, getting the best light and keeping out of the way of pedestrians.) It’s worth going to enjoy this colourful mural for yourself.
