Lockie and I walk past this mural often, and we always stop for a closer look.

It covers 2 sections of a wall and is divided by a brick pillar that strangely, only seems to add to its impact. It’s in a walkway next to the Perth Train Station in Wellington Street. As with much of the public artwork in the city, I couldn’t find out who the artist is. I love the colours and the animals and flowers.

This mural spreads joy, but I’m sure there’s another story to it. I’d love to know more about it.
