Lockie can’t believe just how long the ‘EQ West’ development in Elizabeth Quay is taking to complete.

Construction started in 2019 and some seven years later during which time, the ‘Chevron Building’ and ‘9 The Esplanade’ were built sequentially, the development is still not finished.

It begs the question, why?
