Recycling with Lockie at Aberdeen Street

This is Lockie’s local ‘Containers for Change’ depot in Aberdeen Street, Northbridge. You can get 10c for eligible cans, bottles and cartons, but it’s not all about the money. The containers will be recycled to enable the materials to be used again.
If you visit this depot, take a moment to enjoy the beautiful mural by Perth artist, Sioux Tempestt. It depicts native flora and fauna and gives a colourful welcome to local recyclers.
