On this Valentine’s Day, Lockie’s sending her love from the Northbridge Piazza. Tonight the award winning short film festival, ‘12 Films Heart’ will be hosted here. 12 international short films by independent and underground filmmakers will be shown on the big screen. The films are not necessarily romantic, but all have been produced with a lot of heart.
