Piccadilly Arcade and Theatre opened in 1938, it was built in the Art Deco style and the theatre was exceptionally beautiful. These days a variety of businesses trade in the arcade, but the theatre remains closed.
The Arcade features in Lockie’s book, ‘Lockie the Famous City Dog’ and is a well known landmark in Perth.
