Wave Bench by the River
19 May 2025

This beautiful ‘Wave Bench with cast Bronze Fish’ has graced the riverfront near the WA Rowing Club since 1998. Artist Anne Neil was commissioned by the City of Perth to create the work. It’s a fun interactive piece to admire, touch, sit on and sometimes stand on. (Although I don’t think it was meant for that.) Lockie insisted on featuring it today, it’s one of our favourites.
