It’s been worth the wait!

Sirens on the Swan at Elizabeth Quay may have been cancelled due to bad weather some months ago, but today the sun is out and the conditions are perfect for the DFES Family Fun Day.

Lockie met Basil a tracker dog, and his owner and trainer, Paul. He’s the dog you want around if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being lost in the bush. Such a special dog!

We also met Kylie who is a volunteer with the Mundaring Fire and Rescue. Thanks for talking to us, Kylie. You play an important part in keeping your local community safe.
