Lockie Visits the Weld Club

This impressive building is the home of the Weld Club.

It’s a club that Lockie and I couldn’t join, not because Lockie’s a dog, (well maybe that too) but because we’re female. This men only club has been in existence since 1871.

The beautiful building that is their headquarters has graced Perth since 1892.

We’re not going to get up in arms about their rules because our city also has a women only club, the Karrakatta Club. I suppose that makes it fair. 🤷‍♀️🐕
