It’s on the corner of the Esplanade and Duchess Way and extends to Geoffrey Bolton Avenue, becoming part of the Elizabeth Quay precinct. It’s the new home of accounting firm Ernst and Young and in the near future ‘Little Creature’s Brewery’ will open there, bringing their popular style of hospitality to the people of Perth.
