Lockie and I wandered down Grand Lane yesterday. This mural is not new, but it was the first time we’d seen it. With the City of Perth upgrading the street art in lanes around Perth, we wanted to highlight a little bit of history featured in this work.

The Grand Theatre opened in 1916 and closed in 1982. The movie ticket in this mural caught my eye, $1 to admit one. Those were the days!
