‘London Court Books’ had sold out of Lockie’s book, which gave us a good excuse to walk into town to deliver more copies.
Lockie got a few pats on the way and we met some lovely people. We couldn’t help but notice how grand the Town Hall is looking after its extensive restoration. Better than new, as the air-conditioning was upgraded and I’m pretty sure there wasn’t any air con in 1870! Some things improve with age.
